Nickelback es una banda de rock canadiense formada en 1995; su nombre deriva de las monedas de níquel que uno de sus integrantes tenía que devolver a los clientes de la cafetería en la que trabajaba. En ella tenía que decir a sus clientes "aquí tiene su vuelto" (traducción no literal de "here's your nickel back").
"How You Remind Me" fue el tema mas exitoso de su tercer álbum Silver Side Up (2001), con el que alcanzaron el titulo de superestrellas, aunque a lo largo de su carrera no siempre recibieron muy buenas críticas...
